How the Class Works
You will receive access to a dashboard where you will be able to access videos and worksheets related to each module. Live classes will be recorded and distributed for you to access later.
We will meet once a week live, for an hour, in a small group to discuss the week’s topics. Live meetings will be hosted on Tuesday starting May 28th- July 9th from 11am-12pm PST/ 1pm-2pm CST.
We will hold 4 Saturday (optional) office hours for troubleshooting on content creation
Access to a live slack channel for communication with us and the Thought Girl Community
Each week comes with a video which will teach the concept and homework to complete, like worksheets, meditations and templates
During class, we will split the time between reviewing the most important concepts in the modules and asking individual questions. Imagine the most potent book club you’ve ever been to.

Module 1:
Your Authority Identity
Work to understand and outline your authority identity. What do you want to be known for? What is a message you could share over and over again? We will support you in developing the most potent version of your authority with videos, meditations and journal prompts .
Module 2:
Leadership Energetics
You will learn the skills to energetically hold a room with magnetic attraction. You will learn how to sustain this high vibe energy without burn out using Allison’s Overflow Energetics Method.
You will support yourself through future self meditations that will guide you to meet your higher self and lean into your leadership style.
Module 3:
Crafting Your Story
You will work with Erin & Allison to determine the one message you can repeat over and over. Erin will teach how to distribute this message through various media formats such as audio podcast, video, newsletter and a keynote address. You will receive training on techniques to enhance your skills in editing and learn real strategy for how to market you message.
Module 4:
Creating from Your Root
Learn how to ground your energy in order to achieve a sustainable and manageable workflow without burn out.
Allison will teach you the mindset hacks and energetic shifting tools of her Overflow Energetics method. This will allow for you to manage your mindset and energy well beyond this course. Erin will share a ground meditation that will help you get into the zone.

Module 5:
Market Your Message
Learn how to create your own marketing strategy to distribute you message at the right time to the right people. Erin will equip you with the knowledge that you need to know to be seen and get heard whether it’s on social media, or on a podcast- she will teach you when to pull each lever and why they are strategically important.
Module 6:
Going Out Into the World
Busting through your visibility fears, imposter syndrome, limiting beliefs, perfectionism, fears of failure (or even success) and harnessing your radical authenticity. It turns out forward messy action is a lot easier than overthinking.
